Take 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg several times a day. Red Raspberry and Slippery Elm may be used in an enema as well as taken internally -- 1 Tablespoon Slippery Elm to one bag of water. Red Raspberry is used as a tea. The water from cooked rice or oatmeal may be taken orally. Slippery Elm can be added to scalded skim milk. Use 1 Tablespoon to 1 pint milk.
